We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Service Representative to join our busy print and shipping shop. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the counter
- Assist with printing, copying, scanning, and finishing services
- Prepare and process shipments through major carriers
- Advise customers on products, services, and best options for their needs
- Handle payments, invoicing, and basic point‑of‑sale tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Support general shop operations as needed
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfort with computers, printers, and basic software
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous retail, print, or shipping experience is an asset but not required
