Scotiabank is seeking a Product Manager to support its AI Security products portfolio in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into roadmaps, deliverables, and prioritized backlogs.
• Promote secure-by-default and shift-left principles across AI Security workstreams.
• Work with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling; participate in Agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and audit teams to incorporate control requirements and communicate progress in governance forums.
• Write user stories, coordinate vendor onboarding and validation, and assist with release planning and feature implementation.
• Track milestones, risks, delivery metrics, adoption, and value realization; use feedback and risk exposure to improve tools and control design.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or an equivalent capacity.
• At least 3 years of experience in information security or information technology.
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit functions.
• Experience with cloud or application security platforms and tooling.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex work.
• Understanding of financial principles in a large enterprise organization.
