We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and execute large-scale billing migration initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business operations, requiring strong coordination across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear product features, ensuring the successful delivery of billing capabilities that support customer migrations with accuracy, scalability, and minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product ownership for billing migration initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders, billing SMEs, and product owners to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into well-defined product features, user stories, and functional specifications for engineering and vendor teams
- Work closely with external vendors to guide development, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in migration processes and proactively propose solutions
- Monitor post-migration performance, customer impact, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with billing systems such as Amdocs Enabler is a plus, but not required
