This opportunity combines hands-on production work with outdoor marketing and sales experience, giving you the chance to build practical trade skills while also learning communication, leadership, and business fundamentals.
This is an entry-level position with full training provided and clear opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.
What You'll Be Doing:- Support residential interior and exterior painting & staining projects
- Perform surface preparation (sanding, taping, masking, setup, cleanup)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer experiences
- Help complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Speak with homeowners in local neighbourhoods
- Generate leads for painting projects
- Book estimate appointments
- Represent a professional local painting company
- Track performance and improve weekly

Schedule & Term:- Full-time hours available (up to 40–50 hours per week)
- Part-time sales representative hours available (minimum 10–15 hours per week)
