Production Mixer

Manpower is seeking experienced Mixer Scaler Operators for a food manufacturing facility in North York. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and scale ingredients according to production formulas and batch sheets.
• Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and mix ingredients to meet production requirements.
• Monitor product quality and follow recipes accurately.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety, GMP, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a mixer, scaler, or batch maker in food manufacturing is required.
• Ability to measure and handle ingredients accurately and operate industrial mixing equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and GMPs is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work any assigned shift.

Compensation and schedule

Pay: $26.15 per hour. Day, afternoon, and night shifts are available.
