Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience working in technical or cyber security program management.
• Experience in working on government programmes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working on projects and programs relating to the design and build of complex cyber security capabilities.
• Understanding of SOC infrastructure, architecture, and other enabling requirements.
• Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical reports and deliver briefings.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 166,000-170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Drive the detailed planning and execution of complex technical work streams while overseeing the onboarding and utilization of cleared consulting resources to meet project milestones.
• Lead the delivery of sovereign knowledge and capability transfer (including development) while securing formal client sign-off on all key milestones and service expectations.
• Serve as the primary connective tissue between Mandiant and government partners, maintaining strategic stakeholder maps to ensure alignment across multiple departments and external entities.
• Maintain continuous engagement with client leadership to manage expectations and generate comprehensive accomplishment reports for program directors.
• Identify programmatic risks, manage contractual burn rates for multi-year service orders, and enforce strict adherence to all client security and clearance protocols.
