We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a major construction project in the Squamish region. This is a fly-in fly-out position with camp accommodations (private room), meals, flights, and ground transportation provided for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily time entry, DPR preparation, and reporting
- LEM creation, tracking, and maintaining all project logs
- Booking flights, crew travel, and camp rooms; issuing confirmations to all parties
- Supporting project documentation, QA/QC paperwork, and turnover binder creation
- Managing site access, vehicle passes, and assisting with subcontractor coordination
Qualifications:- 5
–10+ years administrative experience in a similar construction or industrial project role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a team environment
