This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.
Make a differenceIn this role, you will be reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) within the Information Technology Division. The Project Control Officer (PCO) will operate in a matrix organizational environment and provide support to the Information Technology Units, Project Managers, Business Leads, consolidate, track and report on status of deliverables of this Business Transformation & IT Projects in a manner that supports TCHC's tenant focused culture. Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Project Management Office, the Project Manager/PCO will maintain Program artifacts, create reports and presentations, and assist in organizing meetings and documenting action items to support implementation activities. The Project Manager/PCO will also function as a conduit and liaison between the project teams and support PMO continues improvement activities.
What you’ll do- Supports the Project Manager to manage assigned project and operational staff tasks, including allocation of approved staff resources, delegating, scheduling and prioritizing of staff workloads and developing, planning, executing, controlling and closing phases of the program
- Monitor Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) activity, track milestones and escalate schedule impacts to the Project Manager where warranted
