Job DutiesAssist Project Manager with:
- Project Planning and set-up.
- Preparation of project submittals
- Data entry/tracking
- Communication with clients for project questions, scheduling, changes, updates etc.
- Issuing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders for Scope related commitments.
- Work with suppliers for shop drawings, subcontractor agreements, etc…
Requirements- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Project Management, PMP, or an appropriate field is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret building specifications, blueprints and as-builds.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
- Knowledge of First Aid and CPR an asset.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Time management skills.
- Proactive in ensuring job knowledge is current.
