ResponsibilitiesThe daily life of a coordonnateur de projets is paced by various tasks aimed at operational efficiency:
- Ensure constant liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
- Rigorously monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Process invoices, create purchase orders, and ensure follow-up of construction budgets.
- Manage technical documentation, including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Take charge of administrative aspects related to CNESST and CCQ for construction sites.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance registers for partners (RBQ, insurance).
- Collaborate on calls for tenders, price analysis, and administrative file closing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on various job sites.
QualificationsTo succeed as a coordonnateur de projets, we are looking for the following profile:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a general contractor.
- Possess solid experience or relevant training in the construction field.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency with MS Office suite software (particularly Excel).
- Be comfortable with modern management tools (asset for Asana, SharePoint, or Stack).
- Show autonomy, proactivity, and a strong problem-solving capacity.
- Be able to work under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
