They are hiring a Project Coordinator to act as the central link between office leadership, manufacturing, field crews, and clients.
This is not an administrative support role. It is a hands-on operational coordination position critical to schedule execution, project flow, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate multiple active projects across different stages simultaneously
- Manage schedules, milestones, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Act as the primary communication hub between office, shop, field, and clients
- Support estimating, job setup, and pre-production planning
- Ensure crews and shop teams have accurate drawings, schedules, and priorities
- Proactively identify delays, conflicts, and risks before they escalate
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, updates, and reporting
- Support budget awareness, change tracking, and project closeout
What You Bring- 3+ years in project coordination, scheduling, operations, or construction support
- Experience in mechanical, manufacturing, construction, elevators, or industrial trades preferred
- Proven ability to manage high project volume in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator comfortable with tradespeople, clients, and leadership
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and tracking system skills
