Job SummaryCentre Electric & Technology is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Project Coordinator to join our growing technology division. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the Communication and Security Industry in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. The expectations and level of work for this hourly rate require a solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Accounting, communication, and security experience are considered assets but are not required. This individual should be able to take direction and work independently with limited supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is full-time with the requirement of working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Standard reception tasks (Answering phones, receiving, data entry).
- Supporting the Communication and Security teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Managing the technology email inbox and ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Generating work orders through our accounting software system.
- Preparing and issuing invoices for Security and communication services.
- Monitoring and reviewing open work orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assistance with day-to-day operations and covering vacation Leaves.
- Parts ordering, receiving and tracking
- Documentation creation
- Assisting with job billings.
- Light duty tasks as required.
Duties are subject to change as the company continues to grow.
Requirements- Experience: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, and Sage experience is an asset.

- Attention to Detail: Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks carefully.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with coworkers.
