Project Leader - Manufacturing (Engineering & Production)

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to assess existing processes
• Develop process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve production rates
• Perform risk assessments
• Design and test process upgrades and new systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate controls
• Measure project performance using standard tools and techniques
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Support engineering department activities as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Proven experience in project management
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and external parties
• Strong work ethic, responsibility, and confidentiality

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
