Project Leader - Manufacturing (Engineering & Production)
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to assess existing processes
- Develop process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve production rates
- Perform risk assessments
- Design and test process upgrades and new systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate controls
- Measure project performance using standard tools and techniques
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Support engineering department activities as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory:- Proven experience in project management
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and external parties
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Technical & Functional Skills- Project planning and execution
