Position Title: Project Management Senior Analyst

The Work- Support project management activities across various phases of the project lifecycle, including producing and tracking schedule, budget follow-up, documentation, and quality monitoring.
- Assist project managers and team leads in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment with established project goals.
- Participate in planning sessions for multi-functional teams and help gather inputs for roadmap development, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to project governance by supporting the preparation of status reports, dashboards, risks and opportunities management, KPIs, and meeting materials.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and project documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project processes, tools, and team ways of working.
Job QualificationsHere’s What You’ll Need- Bilingual in French and English
- Flexible to travel to Mirabel 3 times a week
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management and/or coordination within the aerospace or engineering sectors.
- Interest in developing skills in project management within the aerospace or engineering sectors.
- Strong sense of initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively as well as problem-solving.
- Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented attitude.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points If You Have- Aerospace/Manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Skywise, Looker studio, Qlik Sense and Planisware.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative and positive mindset.
- Interest in learning agile and waterfall methodologies and contributing to organizational improvement efforts.
