Job OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for leading cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and to established quality standards. This role oversees planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination activities while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and project teams.

The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving project execution, managing risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, contributing directly to Universal Fabricating’s commitment to operational excellence and high‑quality manufacturing outcomes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the optimal execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relations with third parties / vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed information and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Troubleshoot project constraints.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
