Project Manager

$100,000–$150,000 CAD + 15%–20% Bonus

A growing energy company is seeking a Project Manager to support complex energy projects.

This role is focused on managing project cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance to help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to keep execution aligned and issues addressed early.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value tracking
• Maintain schedules, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
• Identify cost variances, schedule risks, and performance trends
• Support WBS setup, baselines, cost codes, and change management
• Partner cross-functionally to keep projects on track
• Prepare project reporting for leadership and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost, scheduling, or project financial management
• Direct experience in the energy, genset, or power generation industry
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value, and change management
• Strong Excel, ERP, scheduling, and project controls software skills
