Java Holdings is seeking a Project Systems Coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and ongoing use of systems deployed across construction projects. Reporting to the Director of Systems at Java Holdings Ltd., this role focuses on coordinating project system activities, maintaining system alignment with established standards, and supporting end users throughout the project lifecycle.
This role works closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure project systems are organized, consistent, and effectively supporting project execution.
This is an office-based position located in Edmonton, AB. National and International travel may be required from time to time.
Starting Salary Range: 65K – 80K Annual Salary
RequirementsCore Responsibilities- Act as a central coordination point for project system inquiries, directing requests and escalating issues as required
- Support the maintenance of system configurations, workflows, and permissions in alignment with established standards and guidance from the Systems team
- Coordinate with stakeholders, end users, and functional leads to document and maintain standardized project execution processes
- Track system-related action items, ensuring timely follow-ups and visibility across project teams
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve system usage and process efficiency, escalating recommendations for review
- Gather and document requirements for system enhancements and support coordination of implementation activities
- Provide day-to-day user support, ensuring consistency in system usage across projects
Qualifications & Experience- Experience in project coordination, systems support, or process documentation roles
- Familiarity with construction, engineering, or infrastructure project environments is an asset
- Exposure to ERP systems, document management platforms, or similar tools (M-Files experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work within structured processes while adapting to changing project needs
Preferred Education & Certifications- Diploma in Construction Technology, Business Systems Analysis, or a related field
- Exposure to project management frameworks (e.g., PMP concepts) or service management practices (e.g., ITIL) is an asset
- CAPM or similar certification.
- Familiarity with Agile or continuous improvement environments is beneficial
- Experience with M-Files or Similar Document Management System is considered an asset.
