We are seeking a QA Support Clerk (6 months’ contract) to join our Quality Assurance Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an interest in quality and compliance, and experience or education in quality, science, or regulated manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting QA documentation, training coordination, and compliance activities while contributing to our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
$45,000 - $50,000 per year
In this role, you will:- Support the QA Department with day-to-day documentation and compliance activities
- Maintain and update master files for SOPs and Work Procedures
- Assist with scheduling and tracking required GMP and SOP training
- File, scan, and maintain QA documents in accordance with established filing systems
- Follow all SOPs, GMP standards, and company safety policies while supporting other assigned QA tasks
You have:- Experience or working knowledge in a pharmaceutical, natural health products, or food manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with GMP principles and quality documentation practices (asset)
- Strong ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry processes
- A self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work
