OverviewWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a top producing agent. This role is essential in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse client base.

An outstanding real estate assistant should be able to keep the office running smoothly and enable the realator to perform efficiently.
Responsibilities- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
- Preparing real estate forms and documents
- Working with real estate software to upload documents
- Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and online listings to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation for transactions
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support property management activities including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and tenant communications
- Utilize communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Contribute to marketing efforts through social media management and outreach campaigns
Experience- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or related administrative roles is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for client interactions and team collaboration
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
