We are seeking a driven Regional Medical Device Sales Manager to lead sales across designated territories. This is a high-reward opportunity with uncapped commission potential for top performers. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by building strong relationships with retailers, medical stores, care centers, healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
Duties- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to expand market share and meet or exceed revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with retailers, medical stores, care centers, hospitals, and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including procurement teams, administrators, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the unique benefits of the H1 Hygiene Wheelchair.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and exceptional customer service to maximize retention and revenue.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage pipeline, and forecast sales accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on regional campaigns and promotional activities to generate demand and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements- Proven track record in B2B sales within the medical device or healthcare industry (technical or durable medical equipment sales preferred).
- Strong experience in outside sales, account management, and business development.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and convert insights into sales actions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
