Overview:Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing localized marketing strategies across a designated region. This role oversees all franchise store marketing efforts, including direct mail, digital advertising (Google and Meta), and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth at the store level.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute localized marketing plans aligned with national brand strategy
- Customize campaigns based on regional market and customer insights
- Plan and optimize campaigns including direct mail, Google Ads, Meta ads and out-of-home advertising
- Manage campaign calendars and store-level budgets
- Partner with franchise owners to support local initiatives
- Act as the main marketing contact between head office and stores
- Monitor KPIs (ROI, CAC, traffic, conversions) and optimize performance
- Run A/B tests and continuous optimization
- Report performance insights to leadership
- Manage and negotiate vendors and media partners
- Ensure brand compliance and approve localized creative
Qualifications:- Google Ads and Meta experience A MUST - specifically Performance Max and keyword optimization
- Experience with local market segmentation and geo targeting
- Experience advising on and executing on marketing budgets
- Experience with Looker Studio and visualizing campaign results with automation is an asset
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
