Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction across all sites.
- Manage profit & loss statements by monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Supervise location managers and restaurant teams, providing coaching, leadership development, and performance feedback to foster a motivated workforce.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and building strong community relationships.
- Oversee project management efforts related to process improvements, renovations, or new openings to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, implementing best practices, and streamlining processes for efficiency.
Experience- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and financial management including profit & loss oversight.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and developing talent at various levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and process improvement techniques to boost revenue streams.
- Experience in project management and executing process enhancements that improve overall operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
