OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through engaging activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and developmental needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and behavioral observations
- Incorporate special education strategies when working with children with disabilities or additional needs
- Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management
- Demonstrate leadership in guiding children through daily activities while promoting positive behavior
Qualifications- Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- Early childhood education certification or relevant teaching credentials preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Knowledge of child development principles and special education strategies
- Knowledge of the Montessori curriculum is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate basic computer applications and educational software
- Experience with classroom management, organization, and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively with diverse populations, including children with disabilities
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate young learners and collaborate with team members
- Must be 18 years old or older
