As a member of the Surgical System team, you will be responsible for all aspects of nursing care and provision of services in the Outpatient Procedure Suites (OPS) - Procedure Unit. Your responsibilities on OPS will include endoscopy related procedures (colonoscopy, gastroscopy, ERCP and bronchoscopy), urologic surgical procedures (TURP, laser stone extraction, cystoscopy) and minor surgical procedures from the urologic, plastic and ear/nose/throat specialities.) if OR certified. You will be actively participating in patient safety and patient advocacy throughout the care experience while working in an interprofessional team environment.
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday - Friday, Days. Shifts include 4, 6, 8 and 10 hour blocks, including but not limited to: 0700h - 1700h, 0730h - 1530h, 0800h - 1600h, 0830h – 1630h, 0900h – 1700h, 0700h – 1100h, 0800h - 1200h and 1200h - 1600h
