The Role

We're looking for a licensed and experienced RCIC to handle a diverse caseload with a strong focus on business immigration, alongside other streams. This is a fully remote role with flexible engagement we're open to a monthly retainer, a fixed contract, or a case-by-case commission structure, whatever works best for you. For the right person, there's real room to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising clients on suitable immigration pathways — business, skilled worker, family, and more
• Managing end-to-end applications including investor, entrepreneur, intra-company transfer, and work permit streams
• Preparing and filing applications with IRCC, provincial bodies, and other relevant authorities
• Staying current on policy changes and communicating impacts to clients
• Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with CICC standards
• Collaborating with the Simple Migrate team on client strategy and business development

What We're Looking For

• Active RCIC license in good standing with CICC (must-have)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Canadian immigration
• Solid understanding of business immigration — LMIA, ICT, Start-Up Visa, Provincial Nominee Business streams, etc.
• Comfortable managing multiple files independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client-first mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with corporate/employer-side immigration
• Familiarity with Quebec immigration streams
• Background in a law firm or immigration consultancy setting
