Job OverviewWe’re looking for a Renovation Assistant to support our team in both general construction and electrical work across residential and commercial projects.
This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who is reliable, physically fit, and interested in gaining experience in multiple trades.
What You’ll DoConstruction Duties:- Assist with site setup and daily cleanup
- Support trades in drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and more
- Load/unload and organize materials and tools
- Perform basic demolition and material disposal
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Electrical Support Duties:- Assist electricians with basic tasks (under supervision)
- Help with running wires, installing fixtures, and organizing electrical materials
- Maintain tools and ensure safety compliance on site
Follow all electrical safety standards
What We’re Looking For- Experience in construction or electrical work with 2+ years of experience
- Willingness to learn both construction and electrical trades
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Driver’s license and access to transportation preferred
- Willing to travel to different job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Requirements:- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Criminal record check may be required
