Class 5 Utility Driver - Waste & Recycling Company: The Junk Buddy

Location: South Edmonton

Position: Class 5 Utility Driver

Overview of who we are looking for:

The Junk Buddy is looking for a full-time/part time (20-40 hours per week) Class 5 Driver with or without experience in our industry with the daily objective to safely complete designated routes in our Utility vehicles. This position involves operating a hydraulic lift to load and unload large waste bins onto the truck, for delivery to customers and regular visits to the various city dumps.

Requirements:

• Class 5 driving license with a clean abstract
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding area roadways
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform physical demanding job
• Capable of performing daily Pre and Post Trip Inspections
• Must have steel toe boots & safety vest
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends (if needed)

Permanent full time employment Starting pay of $19/hour
