we are seeking a dependable and driven individual to support both sales and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and can handle client interactions while keeping internal processes structured and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up on inbound leads and convert prospects into clients
- Manage client communication via phone, email, and social media
- Schedule appointments, product demos, and meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account follow-ups
- Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate internal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling follow-ups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have (Bonus):- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing tools
- Experience in real estate, contracting, or B2B SaaS environments
