AAA Enterprise Solutions Inc is seeking a Sales Executive in education sector. This role is focused on building meaningful, long-term relationships with local community and First Nations communities in and around Fredericton, NB.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a relationship-first position centered on trust, communication, and community engagement.
What You’ll Do:- Build and maintain strong relationships with local First Nations communities and leaders
- Act as a bridge between communities and College
- Share information about educational programs, career pathways, and training opportunities
- Attend community events, meetings, and gatherings to represent the college
- Identify community needs and align them with relevant programs and support services
- Support prospective students through the inquiry and enrollment process
- Provide ongoing feedback to improve outreach strategies and community engagement
What We’re Looking For:- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with Indigenous communities is highly preferred
- Cultural awareness, respect, and a genuine commitment to community engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel locally within the Fredericton region
