Role DescriptionYou own the top of the funnel and the close. From first contact to signed contract — that is your territory. Once a client signs, they move to our account manager for ongoing service and renewals. You move on to the next one. Your job is to build a pipeline of qualified commercial and municipal prospects, run a disciplined outreach and follow-up process, present proposals, and close deals. You will be supported by strong marketing materials, a growing case study library, and a leadership team that knows the industry and the client — but you are the one who makes the first call and gets the meeting.
Qualifications- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a background in creating and executing sales strategies
- Capability in Training and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to function in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, along with basic knowledge of the commercial decor or lighting industry
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
