Progressive Auto Group is a multi-brand dealership group operating BMW, Volkswagen, Ford/Lincoln, and pre-owned locations in Sarnia and Wallaceburg, Ontario. We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at a Ford dealership in Sarnia.
What to expect day to day- Following up on leads and monitoring CRM activity
- Trade appraisals and deal involvement — if a customer is leaving without a deal, you're getting introduced
- Managing used vehicle pricing and aged inventory
- Participating in morning team meetings and bringing content
- Handling customer escalations in partnership with Service
- Monthly performance check-ins with your sales team
What you'll be doing- Lead and develop a team of five salespeople toward monthly volume targets
- Own trade appraisal performance, lead follow-up rates, and CRM accountability
- Manage used vehicle pricing decisions
- Report sales activity and team performance to the General Manager
What we're looking for- Proven experience managing a sales team at a franchised dealership
- OEM dealership experience an asset; open to any brand background
- Coaching-first approach — you develop your people and close when needed
- Approachable, accountable, and self-aware
What we offer- Competitive base salary plus commission — expected earnings $85,000–$135,000
