Location - Multi location, primarily Tillsonburg and Ingersoll (In-person role)
Experience Required: 6 months -2 years in sales and/or customer service
Salary: 40-60k*
*$40,000 as base salary with opportunity to earn bonuses

With our clubs continuing to grow in Tillsonburg and Ingersoll, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our amazing team. This is more than just a sales role - it’s about managing our clubs the way a small business owner would manage their own, while developing valuable entrepreneurial skills.
Responsibilities include:- building meaningful relationships, driving sales and customer service, achieving net growth while leveraging social media, managing the day-to-day operations including adminstrative tasks
- maintenance & upkeep of the facility
Requirements:- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable mode of transportation
- Must be flexible to work at other locations as per the business needs. We have other locations in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge
- Must be flexible to work on weekends ( Shifts are scheduled for 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday)
