Sales Manager in Training
417 RV has an opportunity for a Sales Manager in Training to join our team.
This is not a traditional sales role. This position is designed for someone who wants to build a career in dealership management and learn the RV business from the ground up.
You will work directly with the General Sales Manager, supporting day-to-day operations while developing the skills needed to step into a leadership role.
What the role looks like:- Learn all aspects of RV sales and dealership operations
- Support the General Sales Manager with deal flow, process, and execution
- Assist in managing leads, follow-up, and pipeline activity
- Help maintain pricing, inventory accuracy, and merchandising
- Be involved in customer situations and learn how to handle them properly
- Build the foundation to grow into a Sales Manager role

Compensation:$45,000 base salary + commissions + vacation pay
