Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a performance-based environment, with a strong focus on generating new business while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within target markets
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts and relationships
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of related B2B sales experience, preferably in low-voltage, telecommunications, construction, or security systems
- Strong understanding of structured cabling (copper and fiber optic) and/or CCTV systems is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Successful completion of a security background check is required
Compensation- Competitive base salary plus high commission structure

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
