The Bridal Consultant will play a vital role in creating memorable wedding experiences for our clients by offering professional advice, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service.
Duties- Greet clients warmly and build rapport to understand their bridal needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and related products through personalized consultations
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various bridal items
- Provide expert advice on fit, style, and coordination to help brides make informed decisions
- Upsell complementary products such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance the customer’s purchase experience
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments with professionalism
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight new arrivals and featured collections
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment at all times
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Requirements- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele
- Prior experience in retail sales, technical sales, or product demos is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy setting
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with phone etiquette proficiency
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer needs
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
