The RoleWe are hiring a Sales Support & Commercial Coordinator to support our commercial team across sales, customer communication, and product coordination.
This role combines sales admin, outbound outreach, and customer support. You will help ensure our pipeline stays active, our product information is accurate, and our customers are consistently engaged.
What You’ll DoSales Coordination & Admin- Maintain product launch timelines and commercial trackers
- Manage and update SKU and formulation database (pricing, specs, status)
- Prepare product information, technical sheets, and sales materials
- Track account activity and pipeline updates
- Coordinate sample preparation and shipments
Outbound Sales Support- Conduct outbound outreach to brands, manufacturers, and partners
- Follow up on samples, quotes, and previous conversations
- Build and maintain target account lists
- Help generate and qualify new business opportunities
Customer & Account Support- Respond to inbound inquiries (product details, applications, samples)
- Maintain professional, clear communication with customers
- Support ongoing account engagement and follow-ups
Sales Reporting & Tracking- Compile weekly sales activity and product performance reports
- Track outbound activity, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
- Maintain clean, organized sales data
Product Development & Coordination- Track new product requests and development timelines
- Coordinate between sales, production, and formulation teams
- Help maintain organized records of formulations and product updates

What We’re Looking For- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to understand and communicate product details clearly
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles preferred
- Experience in flavour, fragrance, food, or manufacturing environments is an asset
Compensation & Structure$22–$26/hour based on experience
