Randstad Canada is seeking an SAP QA/Testing Lead for a hybrid, 12-month contract in Toronto, with a potential 12-month extension.

Responsibilities

• Define SAP testing strategy, scope, schedules, resources, and quality metrics.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Manage test plans, scripts, traceability, defect triage, retesting, and closure.
• Validate SAP ECC and S/4HANA integrations across MM, SD, FI/CO, and EWM/WM, including Fiori, BTP, APIs, and OData.
• Oversee data migration testing, reconciliation, cutover simulations, deployment validation, and hypercare.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore QA teams and report testing status, risks, and quality metrics.
• Drive test automation and standardized QA processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software and SAP testing experience, including QA Lead or Test Lead responsibilities.
• Hands-on leadership of testing across SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules, including MM, SD, FI/CO, and EWM/WM.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation, data migration validation, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience validating Fiori, BTP integrations, APIs, OData services, and middleware.
• Proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or HP ALM, and automation tools such as Tricentis, Worksoft, or UFT/QTP.
• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Public-sector SAP experience and cutover or hypercare experience are preferred.

Pay: $73.42–$79.81 per hour
