We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance to support our treasury, tax, and compliance functions. In this role, you’ll help manage daily cash activities, oversee tax filings, and support the company’s internal control framework (ICFR).
Working closely with internal finance teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury:- Monitor daily cash positions and execute cash management activities (transfers, wires, deposits)
- Manage banking administration, including account access, signing authorities, and KYC requirements
- Manage letters of credit and support credit applications
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy
- Calculate and record interest income and expense accruals
Tax Compliance & Reporting:- Prepare and file periodic sales tax returns (GST/HST, PST, QST, and US state sales and use tax)
- Support corporate income tax filings in partnership with external advisors
- Prepare tax provisions (current and deferred)
- Coordinate tax instalment payments
- Support tax audits and respond to inquiries
- Monitor tax legislation changes and identify compliance requirements
Other Responsibilities:- Act as a key liaison with external auditors
- Support technical accounting research and documentation
- Maintain accounting policies and documentation
- Support and maintain the company’s ICFR program, including documentation and testing
What You Bring - 3-5 years of accounting and tax experience
- CPA designation (or near completion)
- Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate tax; US tax exposure is an asset
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Full competency in Microsoft Suite programs
- Hospitality or multi-location experience is an asset
Additional Information This is an on-site role based in Richmond, BC, with standard Monday to Friday business hours
Overtime may be required during peak periods
The role involves extended periods of desk work and computer use
Standard office work environment with typical physical requirements, including light lifting (up to 10lbs)
