What will your typical day look like?As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will play a hands-on delivery role on working capital and enterprise value creation engagements. You will support Managers and Senior Managers by conducting analysis, developing client-ready materials, and helping execute initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory / Forecast-to-Fulfil, while also contributing to revenue growth and cost reduction initiatives.
The level (Consultant or Senior Consultant) will be determined based on prior experience and assessed through the interview process.
Responsibilities:- Supporting working capital diagnostics and analyses, including data collection, cleansing, modelling, and insight generation.
- Assisting with the identification and sizing of working capital and enterprise value creation opportunities.
- Developing high-quality client deliverables, including Excel models and PowerPoint presentations.
- Supporting implementation initiatives by tracking progress and monitoring KPIs.
- Participating in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
- Supporting operational and working capital diligence engagements.
- When engaged in client site-based work expect to be on-site, otherwise a hybrid work environment that includes client, office and home
About the teamThis role offers an opportunity for professionals with early-stage consulting or industry experience to build hands-on delivery capabilities in enterprise value creation, with working capital as a core focus area. As part of our Enterprise Value Creation team within Strategy, Risk and Transactions (SR&T), you will support clients in identifying and executing initiatives that improve cash flow, operational performance, and financial results.
We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants who bring demonstrated interest and capability in working capital, with the ability and desire to contribute to broader value creation initiatives including revenue growth and cost reduction.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you- Bachelor’s degree required; coursework or experience in finance, operations, supply chain, or analytics is an asset.
- Consultant: Professionals with initial relevant work experience; relevant internships or project-based experience are considered an asset.
- Senior Consultant: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; relevant internships or applied academic experience in addition to professional experience are considered an asset.
- Interest and capability in working capital with exposure to revenue growth or cost reduction initiatives considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Ability to leverage Generative AI to improve efficiency and quality of outputs.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
