Senior Manager, Training Program Management

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week at a Bell office. Successful candidates must be based in Canada.
Bell’s Applied AI and Operational Support Transformation & Training team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead national training programs for support agents, BTS technicians, and field operations technicians. The role sets training strategy, oversees the training portfolio, and leads a team delivering scalable learning solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute training strategies aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs.
- Oversee training programs from needs assessment and prioritization through development, deployment, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Operations, business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to develop effective learning solutions.
- Prepare employees to adopt new technologies, processes, products, and ways of working.
- Advance digital, automated, AI-enabled, and immersive learning approaches and improve training content and delivery.
- Measure training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance insights.
- Improve operational efficiency and integrate training into organizational and technology transformations.
- Coach and lead a high-performing team, adapting programs and resources as business priorities change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, education, human resources, organizational development, communications, or technology.
- Experience leading complex training programs or portfolios in a large organization and managing teams across locations or in virtual or hybrid environments.
- Strong program and project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; understanding of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with learning management systems, digital learning platforms, analytics, or learning technologies is an asset.
- Experience in operational, technical, telecommunications, or field-services environments is an asset.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
