Pinchin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Occupational Health & Safety team in Richmond. The role reports to the Operations Manager. This is an existing role.
Department OverviewPinchin’s Occupational Health & Safety Consulting Division delivers practical, science‑based solutions to help clients manage workplace health risks and meet regulatory requirements. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the team provides technical expertise, project leadership, and client‑focused consulting services while supporting staff development and the continued growth of the OH&S practice.
We also recognize that consulting can sometimes carry a reputation for long hours and limited flexibility — that’s not how we operate. Our team works in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home when project demands allow. We support flexible working hours wherever possible, and when overtime is required, we aim to provide options for paid overtime or time in lieu.
