Title: Senior Program Coordinator, CBT
Salary: $68,263 - $81,065 - $93,861 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Fixed term, until November 13, 2026
Hours: Flexible 8:00- 4:00 pm or 8:30-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: FNHA Metro Vancouver located on the unceded traditional territories of the x?m??k??y??m (Musqueam), S?wx_wú7mesh (Squamish), and s?lilw?ta? (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
About the roleAs a Senior Program Coordinator, you will provide senior level administration, coordination, planning, and communication to support the functions of the team and the Community Based Testing and Biomedical Initiatives program, including, but not limited to activities and milestone progress tracking, meeting and travel management, managing communications, creating meeting records, conducting analyses, event management, budgeting and associated program management tasks.
About youTo be successful in this role you will have;
Education & Experience- University Degree, plus 5 years of direct experience providing program support and coordination of complex projects in large organizations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Basic statistics training gained through course work or work experience
- Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) including Project and Vision
- Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint
Key Skills- Understanding of First Nations cultural traditions, practices and protocols
- Commitment to Cultural Safety and Humility
- Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language with superior technical writing ability
- Demonstrated high-level of analytical skills

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
