Senior Scientist – Digital Discovery: AI-assisted Antibody Discovery & DataWhat you will doLet’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will
join the BioFoundry team within ImmunoEngineering. This role sits at the intersection of computational design, in vivo antibody discovery, and data generation, enabling a closed-loop design–make–test–learn ecosystem for next-generation therapeutics.
AI-Guided Discovery & Experimental Translation- Translate AI/ML-generated antibody designs (including zero-shot approaches) into experimentally testable strategies
- Design and execute workflows to express, screen, and characterize AI-derived antibodies
- Partner closely with computational and ML teams to refine hypotheses and improve design quality
Integrated Antibody Discovery- Contribute to traditional antibody discovery workflows, including in vivo / immunization-based platforms
- Apply comparative approaches to evaluate AI-designed vs. conventionally derived antibodies
- Help define best practices for integrating next-generation and established discovery paradigms
High-Throughput Data Generation & Structuring- Develop and implement pipelines for systematic data capture, curation, and sharing
- Generate high-quality sequence–function datasets to support model training and benchmarking
- Ensure experimental outputs are structured, standardized, and ML-ready
BioFoundry & Automation Integration- Work with automation and platform teams to enable scalable, high-throughput validation workflows
- Contribute to the development of a BioFoundry-enabled discovery engine
- Help define experimental designs that maximize throughput, reproducibility, and data value

Basic Qualifications- PhD in Biology, Immunology, Immunoengineering, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or related field
OR Master’s degree + 3+ years of relevant experience
OR Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in antibody discovery and engineering, including display technologies and/or in vivo platforms
