BMW Sarnia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

What You’ll Do- Deliver a high-end, professional customer experience from arrival to vehicle delivery
- Accurately open and manage detailed repair orders
- Clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs with confidence and transparency
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the service process
- Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Build long-term client relationships focused on trust and retention
What You Bring- Minimum 2+ years Service Advisor experience in an OEM dealership
- Professional, polished communication style and strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Experience with dealership systems (PBS is an asset)
- Experience with a luxury or premium brand is an asset
