Western Kia is looking for a motivated and career-minded Service Advisor, a key role in our busy dealership. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling required and recommended services pertaining to customers’ vehicles and will take on the role of front-line customer relations and service representative. This position requires the right person to have an exceptional work ethic with a solid understanding of the value of excellent teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Greeting service customers and obtaining customer and vehicle data.
- Opening and closing work orders.
- Gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians and communicating this information to customers.
- Advising customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture’s specifications, using maintenance menus.
- Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress, making appointments and returning phone messages promptly.
- Providing follow-up with customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

How You'll Stand Out:- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive service sector.
- Customer service experience of at least two years.
- Must have driver's license and able to provide an acceptable drivers abstract.
- Post-secondary education an asset.
