- Security & Access Systems: Access control, cameras, alarms, automated door operators, telephone entry, physical/electronic security systems, and gate control.
- Perimeter & Gate Automation: Cantilever sliding and swing gates, barrier gates, bi-folding gate systems, parking access and revenue control, automated door operators, wiring, fencing, and specialty automation projects.
- Commercial Doors & Hardware: Overhead doors, dock levellers, hollow-metal and steel doors, commercial hardware, closers, locksmithing, restricted key systems, master keying, and life-safety hardware.

- Junior Technician: Learning, observing, improving. Hungry and dependable.
- Technician: Capable, confident, independent on smaller tasks, reliable backup on big ones.
- Lead Technician: Takes ownership of jobs, mentors others, and runs small teams.
- Senior Lead Technician: Top performer. Trusted with complex, custom, or high-stakes projects. Helps shape standards.
- Technical Operations & Sales (Inside Role): A highly respected next step for Senior Leads who want to:
- Mentor and coach both field and office staff.
- Work directly with clients.
- Support project planning and quoting.
- Strengthen the company with their experience.
