Responsibilities:- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid conflicts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their appointments
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:- Automotive knowledge an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
