What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person customer interactions with a positive and cheerful attitude. Proficiency in composing emails, using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and processing reports is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and manage online appointment requests
- Schedule service appointments via phone and email
- Follow up with customers who previously declined recommended services
- Provide daily reports on appointment statistics
- Efficiently use multiple computer programs
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
Requirements:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Clean criminal record check (required upon hiring)
- Experience with PBS dealership software is preferred but not mandatory
