The Role:Based out of Parksville, you will perform service work across Central Vancouver Island, including Port Alberni, Oceanside, Nanaimo, Duncan, and Tofino.
This role focuses on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-facing service across a mix of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems (residential & commercial)
- Complete service calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Work independently while representing the company professionally on-site
- Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional compensation)
Qualifications- Red Seal Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician certification
- Minimum 3+ years of electrical service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital job management tools
Nice to Have:- Experience with data cabling or fiber optics
- Light industrial experience
