About the role:Are you interested in learning more about the pension industry? We have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a temporary Service Support Associate. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you’ll deliver exceptional administrative support with a strong focus on client service. With a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, you’ll review and process a variety of incoming requests as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing all incoming documentation and service requests from our clients, correctly identifying the service type and determining the appropriate course of action.
- Processing various request types, accurately updating information and changes into client files.
- Providing client service while contacting clients for missing information through various communication channels.
- Preparing routine correspondence along with a variety of support services.
Key Qualifications:- Basic working knowledge of pension related lifecycles and processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with computer systems & databases such as MS Office, particularly excel.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize various work assignments in a coordinated and efficient manner.
- Demonstrated ability to complete work on your own initiative within established deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to provide client service to internal and external clients.
- Commitment to producing high quality work through consistency and accuracy.
- A team player, recognizing the importance of relationship building with your team as well as with those across the organization.
Compensation:- The base salary for this position starts at $ 68,745 (Step 1) with future potential of up to $82,494 (Step 8). Candidates generally start at Step 1 salary. A candidate’s placement in the range is based on skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity, with consideration for how the candidate is developing, meets, or exceeds the role’s requirements.
